Welcome to Trauma Care Specialists ("TCS," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our biohazard cleanup, trauma restoration, and related services, as well as your access to our website at tcs247.com.

By requesting our services, contacting us, or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our services or website.


1. Services Provided

TCS provides professional biohazard cleanup, trauma scene cleanup, and full property restoration services, including but not limited to:

  • Crime scene cleanup

  • Unattended death cleanup

  • Blood and bodily fluid cleanup

  • Infectious disease disinfection

  • Hoarding cleanup and restoration

  • Sewage cleanup and water damage restoration

  • Odor removal and air quality restoration

  • Structural repairs (carpentry, plumbing, electrical work)

All services are performed by licensed, trained professionals in accordance with EPA, OSHA, and applicable state and local regulations.


2. Service Area

TCS primarily serves Nassau County, Long Island, and New York City. We provide 24/7 emergency response services throughout these areas. Service availability in other locations may be limited and is subject to our discretion.


3. Service Requests and Quotes

You may request services by calling our 24/7 hotline at 516-800-0806 or by submitting a contact form on our website. All quotes are estimates based on the information you provide and are subject to change after on-site assessment.

Final pricing will be determined after our team inspects the property and assesses the scope of work required. You will be provided with a detailed written estimate before work begins, unless you authorize emergency services to proceed immediately.


4. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made in writing. We accept cash, checks, credit cards, and insurance payments (where applicable).

If you are filing an insurance claim, we will work with your insurance company to facilitate the claims process. However, you remain ultimately responsible for payment if your insurance does not cover the full cost of services.

Late payments may be subject to interest charges as permitted by law. In the event of non-payment, TCS reserves the right to pursue collection through legal means, and you agree to pay all costs of collection, including reasonable attorney's fees.


5. SMS Text Messaging Terms
Opt-In and Consent

By providing your mobile phone number to TCS, either verbally when you call us or through our online contact form, you expressly consent to receive SMS text messages from us regarding:

  • Appointment confirmations and scheduling

  • Service status updates and completion notifications

  • Technician arrival notifications

  • Emergency coordination messages

  • Follow-up and customer service communications

Message Frequency and Charges

You may receive up to 10 SMS messages per service request, depending on the nature and duration of the work. Message frequency varies. Standard message and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply. TCS is not responsible for charges from your mobile carrier.

Supported Carriers

Our SMS service supports most major U.S. mobile carriers, including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, and others. Availability may vary by carrier.

Opt-Out and Unsubscribe

You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by:

  • Replying STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT to any text message from TCS

  • Calling us at 516-800-0806 and requesting removal from SMS communications

  • Emailing help@tcs247.com with your opt-out request

After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message confirming your opt-out. No further messages will be sent unless you opt in again. Opting out of SMS will not affect your ability to receive services or communicate with us through other channels (phone, email).

Help and Customer Support

Third-Party Service Provider

TCS uses Twilio Inc., a third-party service provider, to deliver SMS messages. By opting in to receive messages, you acknowledge that your mobile phone number will be shared with Twilio for message delivery. Twilio's privacy practices are governed by their privacy policy at twilio.com/legal/privacy.

No Liability for Delivery

While we make reasonable efforts to deliver SMS messages, we are not responsible for delays or failures in message delivery due to mobile carrier issues, network outages, or other factors beyond our control. You agree not to rely solely on SMS messages for critical or time-sensitive communications and to contact us directly by phone if urgent matters arise.


6. Cancellation and Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule a scheduled service appointment, please contact us as soon as possible at 516-800-0806. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee to cover mobilization costs.

TCS reserves the right to cancel or reschedule services due to severe weather, safety concerns, or other unforeseen circumstances. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you and reschedule at the earliest opportunity.


7. Limitation of Liability

TCS provides professional biohazard cleanup and restoration services in accordance with industry standards and applicable regulations. However, TCS makes no warranties or guarantees regarding:

  • The complete removal of all pathogens or contaminants (though we use EPA-approved methods)

  • The restoration of property to its original condition prior to the incident

  • The prevention of future damage or contamination

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TCS's liability for any claims arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question. TCS is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

TCS carries appropriate insurance coverage, including general liability and workers' compensation insurance, to protect our clients and team members.


8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TCS, its employees, contractors, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from:

  • Your use of our services

  • Your violation of these Terms

  • Your provision of inaccurate or incomplete information

  • Any condition of the property not disclosed to TCS prior to service


9. Privacy and Confidentiality

TCS respects your privacy and maintains strict confidentiality regarding all services performed. We use unmarked vehicles and discreet practices to protect your privacy.

Our use of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, available at tcs247.com/privacy-policy. By using our services, you agree to the terms of the Privacy Policy.


10. Intellectual Property

All content on the TCS website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of TCS or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without express written permission.


11. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except where prohibited by law.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

TCS reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Effective Date." Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
